| AGREEMENT
OF TERMS: |
| All
travel and living expenses to be paid by individual
or group. Multiple day schedules assume consecutive
days. |

| A
50% deposit of the clinic fee is required from
each rider (minimum 5 riders) upon scheduling.
This portion of the fee is NONREFUNDABLE should
you cancel. The remainder of the fee is due one
week prior to the scheduled date. The clinic may
be postponed and rescheduled one time only.
