TRAINER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Completion of 8 five-day clinics will advance your horse training and riding skills from Level One to Level Eight which will earn a Certificate of Completion and the distinction of becoming an Ed Thornton Certified Trainer. You will be qualified to teach the techniques used by and developed by John Lyons. Clinics/private sessions at your ranch can be scheduled.

Presentations and demonstrations for riding clubs, fundraisers, 4-H groups - No charge.

EQUINE CONTROL AND SAFTY PROGRAM
Five-day sessions take you from beginning foundations through advanced riding and training techniques in a sequence of lesson plans. The required text for the first 5-day clinic is the John Lyons Ground Control Manual. Additional levels require the John Lyons Riding Manual. Each student is worked with individually and at each student’s ability level as well as the ability level of the horse.
